30-Day Return Window

We stand behind every welding machine and accessory we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• All accessories, manuals, and included components must be returned
• Welding machines must have no signs of use or modification
• Original shipping is free; return shipping is the buyer responsibility

Damaged or Defective Items

If your welding equipment arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Funds will appear in your original payment method within 3-5 additional business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Consumable items (filler rods, electrodes, tips) once opened
• Custom or special-order equipment
• Items returned beyond the 30-day window

How to Initiate a Return

Email info@tigweldermachine.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you return instructions within 24 hours.
